1. Apply a bit of mascara to your natural eyelashes. This ensures a neater end result.

2. Measure and trim the lashes to fit your eye. Always trim the lash from the outer corner.

3. Apply a thin layer of eyelash glue along the lash band and wait for 15-20 seconds. (For beginners, we recommend white eyelash glue).

4. Apply the lash in the middle of your eyelid and as close to your natural lash line as possible. Then secure the ends.

How to easily remove your artificial eyelashes:

1. Gently lift the lash from the outer corner and peel it off.
2. Place the lash back in the box to ensure they maintain their shape.

How to clean your false lashes:

1. When using DUFF's eyelash glue, any glue residue can be easily removed by gently picking or rubbing it off the lash band.
2. Apply a little oil-free makeup remover to a cotton swab and gently clean the lash to remove makeup residue.

It is not recommended to apply mascara to your DUFF eyelashes as it can damage the design and reduce the lifespan of the lashes.

Delivery: For purchases over 80€, we always offer free delivery with GLS to the nearest parcel shop.

Normal delivery time is usually 5-6 business days.

Return: We currently have an extended return policy until January 21, 2025. To maintain your right of withdrawal, you must not open or break the seal on the product, as it cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.

If you wish to return, please include a note with your full name and order number in the package and send it to the following address: DUFFBEAUTY, Nyager 5, 2605 Brøndby.

The package must be sent directly to the address; we do not pick up return packages from parcel shops.

We do not cover return shipping costs.
