Return & Exchange
DUFFLashes offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all orders. If your order does not exceed your expectations, please sent us an e-mail and we will do our absolute best to assist you. Refunds are made for all unused, unopened items from your orders addressed within 14 days from receipt of the order.
Return & Exchange for all costumers:
Request a return/exchange by sending us a e-mail to email@example.com, please allow 2-3 business days for our lash staff to approve your return.
Shipped back the item to us. Please note that the return shipping cost will not be covered by DUFFLashes, and please remember to save your tracking number for the return package.
Once the return package has reach us please allows us 1-2 business days to process your return you will then receive a e-mail confirming both the return and refund have been completed.
Please note that all refunds are applied to the original method of payment.
Defect or Damage Items
If you receive any damaged or defective item, please sent us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with the customers name, orders number, and photo of the damage or defective product(s) within 14 days from the receipt date.
If you receive a package that is incomplete please sent us a picture of your entire order including the package slip or order number to email@example.com within 7 days from delivery date. Once confirmed by our lash staff the missing item(s) will be replaced and shipped off right away.
