Return & Exchange

If your items don't meet your expectations, please send us an email, and we'll do our absolute best to help you. A refund will be given for all unused, unopened items up to 14 days after receiving the order.

 

Return & Exchange for all costumers:

Request a return/exchange by sending us a e-mail to hello@duffbeauty.com please allow 2-3 business days for our lash staff to approve your return.

Ship back the item to us. Please note that the return shipping cost will not be covered by DUFFBeauty, and please remember to save your tracking number for the return package.

Once the return package has reached us please allow us 1-2 business days to process your return. You will then receive a e-mail confirming both the return and refund have been completed.

Please note that all refunds are applied to the original method of payment.

 

Damaged or defective items

If you've received a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. Send an e-mail to info@dufflashes.dk with the following information: Your name, order number and a clear photo of the damaged or defective product.

Missing product(s)

If your package is incomplete, please send a picture of your entire order, including the packing slip or order number, to info@dufflashes.dk within 7 days of the delivery date. Once we've verified the missing items, we'll get them shipped to you immediately.
