Placing an order
Placing an order through our website is not a legally binding agreement. Therefore, DUFFBEAUTY has the option to cancel your order due to printing errors, technical problems, delivery failures, and similar situations. A binding order confirmation / invoice will be sent to you when we have sent the items that you have ordered.
Once you have placed an order through our website, our system will automatically send you an email stating which items you have ordered. This is only an electronic receipt of your order. You should be aware that the automatic reply (through email) is not a legally binding order confirmation, whereby an agreement has been entered into.
At DUFFBEAUTY.com the following types of payments are used: Mobilepay, Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, and Paypal. DUFFBEAUTY does not charge any fees on payments.
We offer the following delivery methods:
Norway, Germany, Belgium, The Netherlands,
- GLS delivery (3-7 business days)
Rest of the world,
- PostNord to your local postal office (3-12 business days)
Estimated delivery time can vary during peak periods, for example after Black Friday or during holiday seasons.
Our general delivery policy does not apply for pre-ordered products. Orders containing pre-ordered items will generally have a longer delivery time. If you have placed an order for a regular item in-stock and a pre-order item, your entire order will only be sent when the pre-ordered item is in stock. If you wish to receive your order within our standard delivery time, you must place your orders separately.
Cancellation of orders
Customers at DUFFBEAUTY have the right to cancel an order within 14 days. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your order. However, you must send us an email within 14 days stating that you wish to return your order and get a refund. The notice must be given by sending an email to email@example.com
You must return your order to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to return your order. Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipments. Upon return, you are responsible for the item being packed properly. You bear the risk for the package until we receive it. If you send the package without a return label, you must save the postal receipt and the tracking number.
A 2-year warranty is provided in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act. Our warranty covers defects in material and/or workmanship. You can have the item exchanged, receive a refund, or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation. The warranty does not cover errors or damages caused by improper handling of the product/service. You must file a complaint within a "reasonable time" after discovering the defect/error. ND-GROUP ApS will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

If a refund is applicable, please include your bank details such as sort code and account number, so that the agreed amount can be transferred. These details can be provided via email or other electronic means without risk, as they are not sensitive information and will only be used for the purpose of processing the refund.
Right of Withdrawal A 14-day full right of return is granted for items purchased from our webshop.
The period is counted from the day:
- You receive the order.
- You physically possess the last item, when it concerns an agreement for multiple different items ordered in one order but delivered individually or in several installments.
- You physically possess the last batch or last part, when it concerns an agreement for delivery of items consisting of multiple batches/parts.
- You physically possess the first item, when it concerns regular delivery of items over a certain period. You are responsible for covering the return costs.
The withdrawal must be notified to us within 14 days of the purchase, and from the withdrawal, you must return the shipment within 14 days. The notification must be sent by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. In the notification, you must clearly indicate your intention to exercise your right of withdrawal. If you wish to return the item to us, you should follow this link to fill out the return form and order a return label. Alternatively, you can fill out the return form and send the item to:

You cannot exercise your right of withdrawal simply by refusing to accept the item without also giving clear notice of this intention.
Items excluded from the right of withdrawal
The following types of items are not covered by the right of withdrawal:
Items that have been customized according to the consumer's specifications or have a distinct personalized character.
Sealed items that, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery.
Items that, due to their nature, become inseparably mixed with others upon delivery.
Items where the sealing has been broken.
Condition of the Item upon
Return You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item resulting from handling it in a manner other than necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and the way it functions. In other words, you can try the item as if you were trying it in a physical store.
If the item has been tested beyond what is described above, it will be considered used. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only receive a partial or no refund of the purchase amount, depending on the commercial value of the item at the time of receipt of the return. To receive a full refund, you must test the item without actually using it.
If you decide to cancel your purchase, you will naturally receive the amount you have paid to us refunded. In case of a decrease in value, for which you are liable, this amount will be deducted from the purchase amount.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we received notification of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back unless you have provided documentation that you have returned it before that.
