General information

Duff Beauty is operated by ND-GROUP ApS. These terms and conditions apply to purchases made at duffbeauty.com. They apply in addition to your rights under Danish and EU consumer law and do not limit those rights. If you live in a country whose mandatory consumer protection rules give you better rights, those rules also apply to you.

Prices

Prices are shown in the currency you choose in the shop and include VAT where applicable. The total price, including shipping, is shown at checkout before you confirm your order. We may change our prices without notice. This applies to future prices and does not affect an order you have already placed and had confirmed. Products may sell out.

Your order

When you place an order, you receive an order confirmation by email. If we are unable to deliver a product, for example because it is sold out or because of an obvious pricing error, we will contact you, and any amount already charged will be refunded in full.

Payment

We accept payment by card (including Visa and Mastercard), PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. The amount is charged when your order is shipped. Your payment details are processed securely by our payment partners Shopify Payments, AltaPay and PayPal over an encrypted connection (SSL/TLS). We do not store your card details. We do not charge any payment fees.

Shipping and delivery

We ship from our warehouse in Denmark to the countries that can be selected at checkout. Shipping is free on orders over €80. The shipping options and prices for your country are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Orders to Norway, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg are shipped with GLS. Other destinations are shipped with PostNord and delivered by your local postal operator. Orders are typically delivered within 3–10 business days, depending on your location and carrier. Delivery times may be longer during busy periods such as Black Friday and the holiday season. If we cannot deliver within the agreed time, we will let you know by email. Unless otherwise agreed, we deliver no later than 30 days after your order.

We are responsible for the products until you have received them.

Customs and duties (outside the EU): For orders shipped outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may be charged by the destination country. These are paid by the recipient.

Pre-orders: For pre-order products, the expected delivery time is shown on the product. If your order contains both a pre-order product and products in stock, the whole order ships when the pre-order product is in stock. If you want the products in stock right away, please place two separate orders.

Parcels that are not collected: If you do not collect your parcel, or if the address you entered is incorrect, and the parcel is returned to us, we will deduct our actual return shipping costs from your refund. You cannot cancel a purchase simply by not collecting your parcel. See «Right of withdrawal and complaints» below.

Right of withdrawal and complaints

The full description of the right of withdrawal, complaints and the return process is on our Returns & Exchanges page. In short, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order, and a right to complain about defects for at least 2 years.

Returns are made through our returns portal. Return shipping costs €15, which is deducted from your refund. Exchanges have free return shipping. If you choose a gift card instead of a refund, you get 10% extra value. Read more on our Returns & Exchanges page.

Cancel your order

You can cancel your purchase online using our cancellation form, which you can also find at the bottom of the page under «Cancel order». If you have already received your order, please create a return in our returns portal instead. If your order has not been shipped yet, we will cancel it, and you will not be charged.

Gift cards

Gift cards bought from Duff Beauty are valid for 3 years from the date of issue. They can be used as payment in our webshop and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Complaints and dispute resolution

Please send any complaint to us at hello@duffbeauty.com. We always try to find a solution together with you. If we cannot agree, you can file a complaint with the Center for Complaint Resolution at the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, Denmark, www.forbrug.dk.

If you live in another EU country, Norway or Iceland, you can also get free help from the European Consumer Centre in your country (ECC-Net).
