Frequently Asked Questions about our Extended Lash Collection
APPLICATION TIPS
- Make sure to place your Premium Clusters at the right angle. Work along the natural curve of the eye to create a harmonious look.
- Always position the Clusters 1-2 mm above the wet line. The wet line refers to the moist area on the eye. If the Clusters come into contact with the wet line, it can affect the durability and cause irritation.
- Use the lash applicator to grip the tip of the clusters. By doing this, the Clusters will be the first to touch your lashes, not the applicator itself, which helps with more precise and easy application.
Remember to always take your time and be meticulous during the process for the best results.
WHAT TO AVOID
- Avoid contact with water for the first 6-8 hours.
- Avoid using oil-based products around the eye area, as this can loosen your lashes and reduce durability.
- Avoid sleeping on your stomach or side when wearing your Extended Lashes, as this can disrupt your lash look.
-Klem kun vipperne sammen med applikatoren eller helt rene fingrer.
HOW LONG DO THEY LAST?
It's entirely up to you! You can apply and remove daily or wear them for up to 7 days. It depends on preference, proper application, and proper care. Our Extended Lash Premium Clusters are designed to be extremely lightweight to provide a damage-free experience and spare your natural lashes from excess weight and tension.
CAN I USE EYELASH SERUM
You can definitely use eyelash serum while wearing Extended Lashes. It's just important to ensure that the serum is oil-free to maintain the optimal durability of your lash look.
ARE EXTENDED LASHES WATERPROOF?
Once you've mastered the technique, you'll be able to easily shower, swim, or exercise with your Extended Lashes. However, you should be aware that prolonged exposure to steam can loosen the clusters. If this happens, you can easily fix the issue by adding a little Pro Bond and squeezing the lash clusters together again once they are completely dry.
After application, it's important to avoid water contact for the next 6-8 hours so that the Pro Bond & Seal has sufficient time to "set".
Remember not to touch your lashes when they are wet.
CAN EXTENDED LASHES BE REUSED?
80% of our customers find that they can reuse the lashes. However, it should be noted that we cannot guarantee anything.
If you wish to attempt reusing your lashes, we recommend soaking them in isopropyl alcohol for about 30 minutes. Then, you can gently brush away any adhesive residue with a spoolie or makeup brush
CAN EXTENDED LASH BE USED BY PREGNANT WOMEN?
Our Extended Lash Collection is safe for use by pregnant women. We have taken safety into consideration in the development of our products. However, we always recommend that pregnant women consult with their own physician, as no two pregnancies are alike.
PREPARATION IS THE KEY TO GOOD DURABILITY
To achieve the best results with Extended Lashes, it's important to follow these steps:
- Always ensure that the area around your eyes and lashes is dry and free from oil, makeup, and cream residues.
- Before starting the application, curl your lashes to help improve visibility underneath your lashes.
- Place a mirror in front of you, angled upwards, so you can look down into the mirror. This will give you a better view under your lash line and ensure easier and more precise application.
- Use your free hand to hold your eyelid up if you have difficulty seeing properly under your lashes.
By following these simple steps, you will achieve optimal application of Extended Lash and a beautifully durable result.
HOW TO AVOID A STICKY FEELING
If you experience a sticky feeling after applying your Extended Lashes, it may be due to applying too much Pro Bond. It's important to remember that only a small amount of product is necessary to achieve a durable look.
To avoid this sticky feeling and ensure that the formula can dry down correctly, simply use a minimal amount of Pro Bond during application. When applying the product, make sure to have good control over the amount and avoid excessive use.
By using the right amount of product, your Extended Lashes will stay securely in place and feel comfortable without any sticky feeling.sidde godt fast og føles behagelige uden nogen klistret følelse.
ARE EXTENDED LASHES THE SAME AS EYELASH EXTENSIONS?
Extended Lash is not the same as traditional eyelash extensions, but rather a new and innovative lash system designed to give you a similar look to eyelash extensions. Our products are developed to be gentle and easier to remove. For this reason, we discourage the use of various cleansing products or techniques that previous lash technicians may have recommended
IF YOUR PRO BOND SUDDENLY APPEARS CLUMPY, WHAT SHOULD YOU DO?
Our Pro Bond is specifically developed for this technique and is a unique formula. When you first receive your Pro Bond & Seal, the bond formula will be extra liquid. After some time, the formula will thicken slightly, making it easier to apply, and you can more easily avoid applying too much product.
To ensure that the formula is not exposed to too much air, which can cause it to 'settle' and appear clumpy, avoid 'pumping' air into the container. Also, always ensure that the area around the opening is clean of any adhesive residue. The opening can be cleaned with Isopropyl alcohol.
If you experience the formula becoming clumpy and you desire a more liquid consistency, you can try one of the following tips:
- Warm the tube between your hands or behind your knees.
- Place your Pro Bond & Seal in a bag and seal it tightly. Then, place it in a bowl of hot water.
These methods will help make the formula more liquid again. Be sure to only gently heat the product and avoid overheating, as it can affect the quality of the product.
HOW MANY APPLICATIONS ARE THERE PER BOX?
Our Premium Cluster boxes contain 36 handcrafted bouquets, which is sufficient for 4-5 sets. Therefore, one box typically covers approximately a month's usage.
ARE EXTENDED LASHES DIFFICULT TO APPLY?
Many of our customers find this technique easier than traditional artificial eyelashes. However, mastering the Extended Lash technique may require some practice for some. So, don't lose heart if your desired lash look doesn't last as long as expected. With a little practice, durability will be extended.
