EXTENDED LASH COLLECTION

Is Extended Lash the same as eyelash extensions?

Not quite. Traditional eyelash extensions are glued on one by one by a professional in a salon. Extended Lash is an innovative DIY lash system you apply easily at home.

The big difference is the technique: Extended Lashes are divided into small, feather-light clusters that you glue under your own natural lashes instead of on top. That completely hides the lash band, gives a fully seamless salon look and does not wear on your own lashes. It also takes only 10 minutes to apply and can easily be removed at home with our special remover when you want to.

What is the difference between Extended Lashes and regular false lashes?

  • Regular false lashes: Have one continuous band, applied on top of your own lashes with classic lash glue. A perfect choice if you want a beautiful look for a single day or a night out, and want to take them off before bedtime.

  • Extended Lashes: Are feather-light, small lash clusters applied to the underside of your own lashes with our long-wearing Bond & Seal and give a result similar to salon extensions. They are made for you if you want a look that lasts up to 7 days, so you can wake up with perfect lashes every morning.

Are Extended Lashes difficult to apply?

Not at all! But as with anything new, it takes a couple of tries to find the technique the first few times. Most people find it is actually easier than applying regular strip lashes, because you work with small, light clusters instead of one long band that has to fit the whole eye.

How many applications are there in each box?

Our boxes contain 36 handcrafted clusters, which is enough for 4-5 sets. One box will therefore typically cover about a month of use.

Can Extended Lash be used during pregnancy?

Our Extended Lash Collection is safe to use for pregnant women. We have taken safety into account in the development of our products. We always recommend that pregnant women consult their own doctor, as no two pregnancies are the same.

Preparation is the key to good wear time

To get the best results with Extended Lashes, it is important to follow these steps:

  1. Always make sure the area around your eyes and lashes is dry and free of oil, makeup and cream residue.

  2. Before you start applying, curl your lashes, as this helps you get a better view under your lashes.

  3. Place a mirror in front of you, angled upwards, so you can look down into the mirror. This will give you a better view under your lash line and make application easier and more precise.

  4. Use your free hand to hold your eyelid up if you have trouble seeing properly under your lashes.

By following these simple steps you will get an optimal application of Extended Lash and a beautiful, long-lasting result.

How do I apply Extended Lashes?

1. Start with clean, dry lashes. Curl them lightly.

2. Apply a thin layer of Pro Bond under your natural lashes, about 1-2 mm above the lash line. Avoid combing through the lashes.

3. Then place your clusters under your own lashes, about 1-2 mm from the lash line. Adjust the placement to the lash look you want.

4. Gently pinch the lashes together with Elite Lash Applicator. Hold a light press for about 30 seconds.

5. Finish with a thin layer of Pro Seal along the lash line to remove tackiness and extend wear time.

Application tips

Make sure to place your Premium Clusters at the right angle. Follow the natural curve of the eye to create a harmonious look.

Use the lash applicator to grip the tip of the clusters. This way the clusters will be the first thing that touches your lashes, not the applicator itself, which helps with a more precise and easy application.

Always take your time and be thorough during the process for the best results.

How do I avoid a sticky feeling?

If you feel a sticky sensation after application, it is typically because too much Pro Bond has been used. Remember that only a very minimal amount of product is needed for a long-lasting look.

Keep good control of the amount and only dab on a thin layer during application. By using less product, your Extended Lashes will dry correctly, stay in place and feel comfortable.

How long do Extended Lashes last?

You can wear Extended Lashes exactly as it suits you - either by applying and removing them daily or keeping them on for up to 7 days. It depends on your preferences, the right application and proper care. The lashes are designed to be extremely light to give a gentle experience and protect your natural lashes.

Are Extended Lashes waterproof, and can I shower with them?

Yes, once the lashes are applied and sealed, they can handle water, so you can both shower and work out as normal. We do recommend that you keep the lashes completely dry for the first 6-8 hours after application so the adhesive can cure properly. When you shower, just avoid rubbing your eyes or letting water spray directly on the lashes.

Are there things I should avoid when using Extended Lashes?

  • Avoid the lashes coming into contact with water for the first 6-8 hours.

  • Avoid using oil-based products around the eye area, as this can loosen your lashes and reduce wear time.

  • Avoid sleeping on your stomach or side when you are wearing Extended Lash, as this can ruin your lash look.

  • Only pinch the lashes together with the applicator or completely clean fingers.

Can I use lash serum?

You can use lash serum while wearing Extended Lashes. Just make sure the serum is oil-free to keep the lashes' optimal wear time.

Can Extended Lashes be reused?

80 % of our customers find that they can reuse the lashes. Please note that we cannot guarantee this.

If you want to try reusing your lashes, we recommend soaking them in isopropyl alcohol for around 30 minutes. Then you can gently brush any leftover adhesive away with a spoolie or makeup brush.

My Pro Bond seems lumpy, what should I do?

When you first receive your Pro Bond & Seal, the bond formula will be extra runny. After a little time the formula will thicken slightly, which makes it easier to apply, and you can more easily avoid applying too much product.

To make sure the formula is not exposed to too much air, which can make it set and seem lumpy, avoid pumping air into the container. Always keep the area around the opening clean of any adhesive residue. The opening can be cleaned with isopropyl alcohol.

If the formula becomes lumpy and you want a more fluid consistency, you can try one of the following tips:

  1. Warm the tube between your hands or the backs of your knees.
  2. Place your Pro Bond & Seal in a bag and seal it tightly. Then put it in a bowl of warm water.

These methods will help make the formula more fluid again. Only warm the product gently and avoid overheating, as that can affect the product quality.

EASY LASH COLLECTION

What is the difference between Easy Lash and Extended Lash Collection?

- Easy Lashes do not require Bond & Seal, are placed on the wet lash line and have a wear time of up to 5 days.

- Extended Lashes are applied with Bond & Seal, placed about 1-2 mm above the wet lash line and last up to 7 days.

Do the lashes damage my own lashes?

No, the lashes are specially designed to take extra good care of your own natural lashes. Thanks to the mild adhesive band and the ultra-light weight, they are extremely gentle on your eyes. They are just as easy and gentle to take off as they are to put on.

Are Easy Lashes difficult to apply?

Easy Lashes are our most beginner-friendly lashes. They require neither experience nor a special technique. Just place the lashes under your own lashes, pinch them lightly together - and you are ready.

How many applications are there in each box?

Some styles contain 40 clusters, while others contain 48 clusters. On average, one box is enough for about 5-8 full applications, depending on how full a look you want.

Can Easy Lashes be used during pregnancy?

Yes, our lashes are safe to use during pregnancy. We always recommend consulting your own doctor before use.

How do I apply Easy Lashes?

To get the absolute strongest hold and make sure your lashes sit optimally, we recommend following these 5 simple steps:

1. Make sure your own lashes are completely clean, dry and free of oil products before application.

2. Give your natural lashes a light curl with a lash curler first. That makes it much easier to place Easy Lashes correctly.

3. Avoid exposing the lashes to water, steam and sweat for the first 6-8 hours after you have applied them. That gives the adhesive time to cure properly.

4. In general, avoid picking at or adjusting the lashes with your fingers during the day. Our hands have natural oils and product residue on them, which can dissolve the adhesive.

5. Always use oil-free products on your face - that includes your facial cleanser, eye cream and makeup remover. Anything that comes into contact with the eye area should be 100 % oil-free so it does not weaken wear time.

What are your best tips for optimal wear time with Easy Lashes?

We recommend using our 'Elite Lash Applicator', which is designed with a non-sticky coating to make application easier and reduce the adhesive sticking to the applicator.

Easy Lash is placed on the underside of your natural lashes, right along the lash line. Right after application you may feel a slightly sticky sensation if you squeeze your eyes shut. This disappears when the adhesive has set.

How do I avoid a sticky feeling?

Right after application you may feel a slightly sticky sensation if you squeeze your eyes shut. This disappears when the adhesive has set. If it still feels a little sticky, we recommend using our Pro Seal.

How long do Easy Lashes last?

The lashes last up to 5 days.

Are Easy Lashes waterproof, and can I shower with them?

Yes, the lashes are 100 % waterproof. You can therefore shower, work out, sweat and live your life exactly as usual. The only thing to remember is to keep the lashes completely dry for the first 6-8 hours after application, so the adhesive has time to cure fully.

Are there things I should avoid when using Easy Lashes?

- Oil-based products around the eyes.

- Letting water jets from the shower hit the lashes directly.

- Touching or picking at the lashes unnecessarily.

Can I use lash serum?

Yes, you can. We do recommend choosing a lash serum without oil, as oil can dissolve the adhesive and affect the lashes' wear time.

Can Easy Lashes be reused?

Yes, if they are applied during the day and taken off again in the evening. If you have worn the lashes for up to 5 days, you can remove any leftover adhesive and reuse them with our Pro Bond & Seal. For hygiene reasons we do recommend using a new set.

PRO PRESS-ON MANICURE

What is included in a press-on nail set?

Everything you need is included! In the box you get 30 press-on nails in 15 different sizes, so you are ensured a perfect fit. It also includes nail glue, a nail file, an alcohol wipe and a practical cuticle pusher. In other words, you are ready to do a full manicure right away.

How do I find the right size for my nails?

For the best fit, the nail should cover your natural nail from side to side, without going onto the skin. If you are unsure between two sizes, we recommend choosing the smaller one.

Can I be sure there is a size that fits?

Yes. Each pack contains 30 nails in 15 different sizes, so you have a good chance of finding the perfect fit for each nail.

If you are unsure between two sizes, we recommend choosing the smaller one.

For the best fit, the nail should cover your natural nail from side to side, without going onto the skin.

Do press-ons damage my own nails?

No, press-on nails are generally not harmful when they are applied and removed correctly.

Always prepare your natural nails thoroughly so they are clean, dry and free of oil. That ensures the glue adheres correctly and reduces the risk of moisture under the nail. Avoid pulling or ripping the nails off, as that can damage the natural nail. Follow our guide to gentle removal instead, for example with warm water or Nail Glue Remover.

After removal we recommend caring for the nails with nail oil to keep them healthy and strong.

How long do press-on nails last?

When you use the included nail glue, your press-on nails can last up to 14+ days. Wear time can vary depending on which glue you use:

Included nail glue: up to 2+ weeks

Nail Glue Brush On: up to 3 weeks

Instant Pro Press-on Tabs: up to 7 days

How do I apply the nails so they last the longest?

Make sure your natural nails are clean, dry and free of oil before application.

  1. Trim your natural nails, push the cuticles back and clean them with an alcohol wipe to remove dust and oil residue.

  2. Choose the size that best fits your natural nails.

  3. Apply the nail glue and wait about 30-40 seconds. To avoid air pockets under the nails, apply a sufficient amount of nail glue.

  4. Apply the press-on nail. Place it close to the cuticle and keep the nail straight. Press down for about 40-60 seconds.

Avoid water for the first few hours so the glue can cure properly. It can also help to apply the nails in the evening so the glue can cure overnight.

If you want even longer wear, you can use our Nail Glue Brush On, where the nails can last up to 3 weeks.

Can I wash my hands, shower and swim with press-on nails on?

Yes, absolutely. Once the glue has set, our press-on nails are 100 % waterproof. You can wash your hands, shower, swim, go to the spa and live your life completely as normal.

The only important tip: Avoid getting water on your hands for the first 2-3 hours after application, so you get the absolute maximum wear time.

What do I do if a nail falls off?

If a nail comes loose, you can easily put it back on. Just make sure both your own nail and the back of the press-on nail are clean and free of old adhesive residue. File your own nail lightly to roughen the surface, add a new drop of glue, and press the nail firmly for 30 seconds. Since you have 30 nails in the box, you also always have extra sizes on hand if you lose a nail completely.

How do you remove press-on nails?

For easy and gentle removal we recommend using our Nail Glue Remover. This method dissolves the glue effectively and helps protect your natural nails.

How to do it:

  1. Use the included cuticle stick to gently lift the sides of the press-on nail until a small gap appears.

  2. Apply 1-2 drops of Nail Glue Remover in the gap.

  3. Leave the remover to work for 5-7 minutes so the glue can dissolve.

  4. Gently lift the nail off. Repeat as needed until all nails can be removed easily.

If you do not have our Nail Glue Remover, you can follow these steps:

  1. Apply nail oil or baby oil along the cuticles and massage it in.

  2. Soak your nails in warm soapy water for 20-30 minutes.

  3. Gently loosen the nails by lifting them from the sides. If they do not release, soak them in warm soapy water again.

  4. Remove any leftover adhesive by buffing the nails lightly.

Can press-on nails be reused?

Yes, our press-on nails can be reused. You can either apply nail glue again or use Pro Tabs. For the best wear time we recommend removing all old adhesive residue before the nails are reused.

How to remove adhesive residue:

- Gently file the glue off with a fine nail file

- Apply a few drops of Pro Nail Glue Remover, wait a few minutes, then gently push the glue off with a cuticle stick.
