Our handcrafted Premium Clusters are specially designed to provide a natural look resembling eyelash extensions, and they can last for up to a full week.

All bouquets are handcrafted, and therefore, there may be slight variations.

On our shop, we offer a choice of 5 different styles for your Starter Kit, all carefully selected to be beginner-friendly.

1. Natural: Achieve a full hybrid eyelash extensions-like look, reminiscent of the salon. This style is ideal for those who desire a fuller lash look without it being too intense. Lengths: 10 mm, 12 mm, and 14 mm.
2. Classic: Created with a crisscross effect similar to classic lash extensions. This style is a lighter version of our popular Natural. Lengths: 10 mm, 12 mm, and 14 mm.
3. Rimel: Provides light volume and plenty of definition. Perfect for those who love a mascara-like look. Lengths: 10 mm, 12 mm, and 14 mm.
4. Wispy: A beautiful lash designed with a crisscross effect for a natural and airy, feather-like appearance. Wispy also adds natural volume and a beautiful curl. Lengths: 10 mm, 12 mm, and 14 mm.
5. Lite (Brown): Light and natural. If you prefer a softer lash look, Lite is the perfect style. This delicate lash style provides lovely length, curl, and subtle volume. Lengths: 10 mm, 12 mm, and 14 mm.

How to apply your Premium Clusters:

1. Less is more! Apply a thin layer of Pro Bond directly under your natural lashes, about 1-2 mm above the wet edge. Apply the product only to the lower 1/3 of your natural lashes and avoid brushing through the lashes as you would with mascara.
2. Next, apply your Premium Clusters. It's entirely up to you whether you start applying them from the inner or outer corner of your eye. Place the Clusters under your natural lashes, about 1-2 mm above the wet edge.
3. Gently squeeze the lashes together using our specially developed Pro Lash Applicator. We recommend applying gentle pressure for about 30 seconds to ensure optimal durability.
4. Finally, apply a layer of Pro Seal along the lash line to remove the sticky sensation and extend longevity.

Avoid letting the lashes come into contact with water for the first 6-8 hours after application.

How to remove your Premium Clusters:

Apply Pro Remover to the lashes and wait for 30-60 seconds. Gently remove the clusters. Then, apply Pro Remover directly to the top and underside of your natural eyelashes and wait for 1-2 minutes. Afterward, gently brush through your natural lashes with a spoolie to remove any adhesive residue.

Worth knowing: Our Pro Bond & Seal are designed to give you a durable, salon-like look that is still safe for home use. When you're ready to remove your Clusters, never rush. It's important to dedicate ample time to the removal process and be patient.

The Extended Lash method may require a bit of practice for some of our customers before they master the technique. So, don't lose heart if your initial applications and removals take longer than expected - it's a learning process!

3 tips for Extended Lash:

1. Always ensure that your bouquets are applied 1-2 mm above the wet edge(!). It may be helpful to look down into a handheld or standing mirror for better visibility.
2. Be sure to apply the right amount of Pro Bond & Seal. It doesn't take much product to achieve a durable look. Additionally, it will make the removal process easier and gentler - so, less is more. Finally, applying too much product will compromise the longevity of your lash look.
3. Apply your Extended Lashes during the daytime, preferably 6-8 hours before bedtime. This gives Pro Bond enough time to 'set' before you go to sleep.

For purchases over €80, we always offer free delivery with GLS to the nearest parcel shop.
If the order is placed before 2 PM on weekdays (Monday-Friday), the order is normally dispatched the same day. We do not dispatch packages on weekends (Saturday-Sunday). Orders in EU are delivered within 2–5 business days, depending on destination country.

Returns: We currently have an extended return policy until January 21, 2025. To maintain your right of withdrawal, you must not open or break the seal on the product, as it cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.

The package must be sent directly to the address; we do not collect return packages from parcel shops.

We do not cover return costs.
