Shipping Overview
We offer international delivery on all orders.
Free international shipping on all orders over €80.
Orders are typically delivered within 3–10 business days, depending on your location and chosen carrier.
Carriers & Destinations
- Orders to Norway, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, and Luxembourg are shipped with GLS.
- All other destinations are shipped with PostNord and delivered via your local postal operator.
Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse.
Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking to activate, and remember to check your spam/junk folder before contacting us.
Note: If there’s a delivery issue, please contact the carrier first. If you still need help, reach out to hello@duffbeauty.com.
Customs & Duties (Outside the EU)
For orders shipped outside the EU, any customs duties or import taxes may be charged by the destination country and must be paid by the recipient.
DUFFBEAUTY cannot predict or cover these fees.
Pre-Orders
If your order contains a pre-order item, the entire order ships once the item is in stock.

Return Eligibility
If your items don’t meet your expectations, you can return unused, unopened products within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
How to Start a Return

Email hello@duffbeauty.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with next steps. -
Ship the item(s) back to us. Return shipping costs are not covered by DUFFBEAUTY.
Please remember to save your tracking number for the return package.

Exchanges
If you’d like a different item, please place a new order and return the original product for a refund as described above.
Processing & Refunds
Once your return arrives, please allow 1–5 business days for processing.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method, and will always be completed no later than 14 days after we’ve received your returned goods.
Damaged or Defective Items
Received a damaged or defective item? Please email hello@duffbeauty.com within 14 days of delivery and include:
- Your full name
- Order number
- A clear photo of the damaged or defective product
Missing Item(s)
If something is missing from your order, email hello@duffbeauty.com within 2 days of delivery and include:
- A photo of your entire order and the packing slip (or your order number)
Once verified, we’ll ship the missing item(s) immediately.
