Yes. If your level has changed, for example because you've graduated, you can apply again at the new level.

• Students: proof of enrolment and your expected end date. We'll email you, and you reply with your proof of enrolment.
• Newly graduated: a link to a public Instagram or social media profile that shows your makeup work. A private profile isn't enough.
• Professional makeup artists: your business registration number. If you don't have one, you can send other documentation of your professional work.

No. Cross out any personal ID number before you send it. We only need to see your name, your school and your end date.

We review applications by hand and get back to you within a week.

We'll tell you what we need. We can't process your application until we have it.

We'll tell you what it takes to be approved later on. You're welcome to apply again.

We only use it to handle your application and membership. We only keep your documentation for as long as we need it. Read more in our privacy policy.

Yes. The discount applies to orders of €300 or more.

As many times as you like while your membership is active.

No. Your code can't be combined with other discount codes. If an item is already reduced, you get whichever of the two discounts is bigger.

We'll email you before it expires. If you still meet the requirements, you can confirm your membership and carry on. If not, you're welcome to apply again.

Get in touch and we'll move your code to your new email.

We close the code and end the membership. You can apply again after 12 months at the earliest.
