Do the lashes need to be trimmed?

It depends on the collection. Nude Lash Collection: These lashes feature a 3/4 lash band designed to fit all eye shapes and therefore do not need to be trimmed. Premium Collection: We recommend trimming these lashes. First measure the lashes along your lash line without glue, then carefully trim the outer edge of the band to fit your eye shape.

Is lash glue included in the package?

No, glue is sold separately.

What glue should I use for application?

We offer both a white and a black lash glue for our strip lashes. The white dries clear, while the black delivers a more intense look.

Can I reuse the lashes?

Yes, the lashes are designed to be reused 25+ times. In addition, our lash glue is formulated so you can easily clean the lashes after each use.

Why do my lashes lift at the inner corner?

This is often caused by the lash band sitting too close to the inner corner of the eye. Trim the length accordingly and apply a little extra glue to the ends if needed.

How do I remove the lashes without damaging my natural ones?

Gently loosen the lash band from the outer edge and slowly peel it off. Our lash glue is formulated to be gentle, so the lashes can be removed easily without damaging your natural lashes.

What is the best way to reuse the lashes?

Carefully remove any adhesive residue from the lash band using tweezers or your fingers after use. Store the lashes in their box to help maintain their shape.
